The hotel and sports complex involves the construction of a hotel and a sports base.
The hotel building is a nine-story frame building. The hotel has 500 rooms and can accommodate 1,500 visitors, providing comfortable conditions. The building houses food establishments, recreation, and leisure facilities.
The sports building is a one- and two-story frame-type building. In the building, the project foresees several sports zones, playgrounds, and rooms. One of these zones is a 50m long swimming pool for sports competitions.
