An individual residential building is a place where we return, where we rest, and where we are with our family.
This building is a two-story building of compact dimensions (total area of 120 square meters) with a flat roof. The concept of the development of a land plot is a field-gala in the construction of a residential building of the minimum required size.
The developer desired to design a simple rectangular building with a flat roof and minimally necessary functions without compromising on living space.
The architecture of the building is built using a geometric body - a cube, simple, functional connections, and techniques.
