An individual residential building is a private closed environment very often outside the city, in a quiet environment. Such architecture embodies individuality and privacy, comfort and safety, comfort and confidence.

This individual residential building is two-story with a pitched roof. The concept of land development consisted of the construction of a residential building and a garage workshop.

The developer desired to design the building and the farm building with one architectural solution, combined, one complements the other, where the main thing is housing - a place of rest, sleep, a place for family meetings; and secondary, no less critical, however, secondary – garage-workshop – a place for tinkering and other economic activities.

The architecture of the building is made of simple geometric shapes and logical architectural techniques based on silhouette and tonal colors.
